A lot of landowners sit on acres of great property they can barely get to. No decent access means no real use - you can't maintain it, develop it, haul equipment in, or even just enjoy it. That's the situation we love solving.

This one involved cutting a full road through heavy timber on a sloped, wooded property. That means trees down, stumps out, grades cut into the hillside, and a solid running surface graded smooth enough to actually drive. It's not just clearing - it's land clearing and road building working together as one process.

The cut bank on the uphill side tells you something about how this terrain was handled. That wall didn't form itself - it takes careful excavation work to keep that face stable and the road wide enough to be functional. Done wrong, you get erosion, washouts, and a road that's unusable after the first hard rain. Done right, it holds.

What we ended up with here is a clean, graded access road running straight through timber that was completely impassable before. Whether the owner plans to use it for recreation, maintenance access, or future development - they've now got a way in. That changes what the land can actually do for them.

If you've got property that needs an access road cut through trees or rough terrain, this is exactly the kind of work we do. Good access is the first step to doing anything meaningful with your land.
